By registering for an account or using any part of the platform, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

To access admin features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• You are responsible for all content and data entered into the system via your account.
• You agree to use the system responsibly and must not attempt to exploit, overload, or otherwise abuse the platform or its features in any way that could disrupt its intended operation or negatively impact other users.

4. Access & Usage

We grant you a non-transferable, limited licence to access the admin website for legitimate use only. Access may be suspended or terminated if any misuse or breach is detected.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy. While we implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee protection against all potential risks or unauthorised access.

While we take reasonable care in selecting trusted third-party services to support our platform (such as hosting, authentication, and analytics), Dynasoft is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of these third parties.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms or compromise system integrity, with or without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and platform-generated source code are the property of Dynasoft or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part of the service without prior written permission.

You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use, modify, and integrate the code generated for you by CodeDispenser into your own internal or commercial projects. However, resale, redistribution, or repackaging of the generated code as part of a competing service is not permitted without written permission from Dynasoft.

8. Code Generation

For general code generation, CodeDispenser is provided as is, with no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

9. Custom Code Generation

For custom code generation based on the approved specifications agreed between you and Dynasoft, Dynasoft guarantees that the output will fully match those specifications. This guarantee applies strictly to the predefined specifications agreed in writing prior to delivery. Any changes or additions requested after delivery may be treated as a separate scope of work.

The custom code service grants you an exclusive licence to use, modify, and integrate the code generated for you by CodeDispenser into your own internal or commercial projects. However, resale, redistribution, or repackaging of the generated code as part of a competing service is not permitted without written permission from Dynasoft.

In the unlikely event of any deviations, Dynasoft will ensure they are resolved promptly in line with the terms of service agreed between you and Dynasoft.

10. Conflicting Agreements

If there is a separate signed agreement between you and Dynasoft (such as a Service Level Agreement or Statement of Work), the terms of that agreement will take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in the event of any conflict.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Where changes are material, we may notify you via email or in-platform notice. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
